Description :
If the reference variable is FLAG type:
The state of the right link passes alternatively from OFF to ON (toggle) at each positive transition, from 0 (zero) to 1 (one), of the reference variable (indicated with reference). The state of the left link is ignored.
If the reference variable is BYTE, WORD, LONG and SINGLE type:
The state of the right link passes alternatively from OFF to ON (toggle) at each positive transition, from the value 0 (zero) to a value different from 0 (zero), of the reference variable (indicated with reference). The state of the left link is ignored.
