Switch off the controller power

Insert the MMC card containing the application programs in the controller

Press F1 key (or FUNC on back) and power the controller.

Keep the F1 key (or FUNC on back) pressed until the System Functions screen is opened

The Qmove application does not startup and the “SYSTEM FUNCTIONS” screen will open.

The screen shows function option 01 Reset Error Checksum as shown below, it is also indicated by the L1 led on the back of the controller
(See below for the System Function options and L1-L2-L3-L4 led combinations)

Press F1 key (or FUNC on back) to change function option screens one by one.

Go to the Function Option 05 - Application upload from MMC/SD screen (L1-L3 led's on back)

Press ENTER (or BOOT on back) for 2 seconds to execute the function on display.

A PASSWORD entry box opens - use the number keys to enter 1 2 3 and press ENTER

The function starts and is confirmed by the message “Executing”, showing the percentage progress

The pow led will start blinking to signal the function is running.

When the function is completed the pow stops blinking.

The SUCCESSFUL message in green shown on screen

To restart the controller press F1 key (or FUNC on back)

If there is an error the pow stops blinking and the ERR starts blinking. The screen gives a message with the ERROR CODE in red.

If the “PWD” column has 'Y' the function requires a system password (default: “123”).

System Functions

5	L1 L3	05 - Application upload from MMC/SD	Y	The application on MMC/SD is uploaded onto the controller
6	L2 L3	06 - Set Date & Time	-	Change the date & time settings of the system clock
7	L1 L2 L3	07 - Downl. retentive data to MMC/SD	-	The retentive data is saved on MMC/SD.
8	L4	08 - Set NEW Password	Y	Change the password for access to “locked” system functions
9	L1 L4	09 - Remove all files from NAND Flash	Y	All files in the NAND Flash are deleted.
10	L2 L4	10 - Show NAND Flash files	-	The files stored in the NAND Flash are listed
11	L1 L2 L4	11 - Touch Calibration	-	The Touchscreen calibration procedure is run.
12	L3 L4	12 - Set Ethernet communic. parameter	-	The ethernet communication paramenter setting procedure is run (IP address,…, etc.)
13	L1 L3 L4	13 - Backup to NAND	-	A backup of the QCL and QTP applications and data are made in the NAND Flash.
14	L2 L3 L4	14 - Restore from NAND	Y	The QCL and QTP applications and data are restored from the NAND Flash.

N.B. To quit System Functions press F1 (or FUNC on back) for at least two seconds.

When a system error ends with an error, the number of Quando una funzione di sistema termina con errore, il numero di lampeggi del led err led blinks a number of times to indicate the type of error.
